- Technical Quality that promotes Inclusive Approaches
- Establish programmatic technical standards and work to achieve high-level program delivery with partners in collaboration with Protection and WASH/Shelter technical staff through remote management mechanisms and programmatic adaptation
- Design and roll out key guidance notes, tools, and materials (i.e. assessment, monitoring, supervision, awareness raising, training, etc.) in collaboration with partners that align with Sphere and other global standards
- Liaise with IRC?s Technical Units to ensure Health approaches are aligned with Sphere Standards and IRC?s global models and best practice, as much as possible with the contextual constraints
- Advise on development and implementation of program baseline and other programmatic monitoring, including output and outcomes to drive quality implementation via partners as well as contributing to Health desegregated data review on a quarterly basis to inform program adaptations to understand needs of men, women, boys, and girls
