- Line management for Core Competence Specialists, Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) and Head of Program Support Unit
- Member of the Country Management Group (CMG) -actively participate in the general oversight of the country office participating actively in office wide initiatives
- Lead the annual strategy review processand the development of Core Competency strategies ensuring that they are aligned to regional and global priorities and strategies and that learning is at the centre of this process.
- Leadthe implementation of relevant objectives under the newly adopted 2022 – 2025 Country Strategy, placing humanitarian and development coherence at the centre of NRC programming.
- Development of holistic and needs based programmes, including cash-based interventions and market based programmes
- Oversee the roll out of the Program Support Unit department ensuring strong levels of compliance and accountability with donor obligations as the office increases its share of development funding and consortia – based programs.
