Lead the development and implementation of the CARE Jordan CO & HR strategy, ensuring its alignment with overall country and regional objectives;

Contribute to the overall management of the programme as a senior member of the Strategic management team, providing HR and Organizational development support Play a major role in change management and organizational development; driving learning and development through the management line within the CO; Lead on and ensure talent management/ succession planning is included in the SMT priorities and provide support and guidance to processes meant to achieve it; Develop good networks with Human Resources functions with other INGOs Provide professional advice and support to the SMT and managers on all HR procedures and processes, ensuring consistency with CAREs policies and procedures and global
