Implement the operations and support processes and tasks in compliance with regulatory instructions and company’s SOP’s.
Set the targets and KPIs on team and individual level and ensure they are met.
Manage day-to-day tasks/job assignment and delegation, monitoring performance and quality of duties execution.
Develop work schedules on long term (i.e. week(s)/month(s)).
Liaise with other departments heads and support in operational cross-functional matters.
Involve in managing and planning projects handled by operations team.
Share expertise and knowledge of the company’s operations to the operations team, develop teams’ competencies and ensure their sufficient understanding to the assigned tasks and duties.
Ensure operations’ team continuous development and update inline with market evolvement.
Build management-level reporting.
Represent the company fronting Central Bank, international entities, high-value segment accounts, for operational concerns.
