Job Description

- Implement the operations and support processes and tasks in compliance with regulatory instructions and company’s SOP’s.
- Set the targets and KPIs on team and individual level and ensure they are met.
- Manage day-to-day tasks/job assignment and delegation, monitoring performance and quality of duties execution.
- Develop work schedules on long term (i.e. week(s)/month(s)).
- Liaise with other departments heads and support in operational cross-functional matters.
- Involve in managing and planning projects handled by operations team.
- Share expertise and knowledge of the company’s operations to the operations team, develop teams’ competencies and ensure their sufficient understanding to the assigned tasks and duties.
- Ensure operations’ team continuous development and update inline with market evolvement.
- Build management-level reporting.
- Represent the company fronting Central Bank, international entities, high-value segment accounts, for operational concerns.
