• Support the Senior Consultants in meetings with clients as required. Maintain direct contact with clients as agreed with the senior consultant.
• Prepare service agreements for own clients, including renewal documents, stewardship reports and client feedback reports as required by Statement of Work.
• Ensure the Senior Consultants are fully informed of revenue and margin requirements in order to deliver agreed level of service to clients •Identify and pursue cross selling and referral opportunities with own clients.
