- Prepare the SPA with all consortium partners, with the support of the CFC
- Supervises the monthly progressions of partners and guarantees that they submit financial and narrative reports according to guidelines and timeframe set for in bilateral SPAs
- Inform the Head of Mission and ECHO Programme Manager about any delay or shortcomings (internal or from consortium members), potentially impacting the overall activities implementations of the action
- Inform the Head of Mission and Programme Manager about any delay or shortcomings (internal or from consortium members) potentially impacting the overall financial management of the action
- Review the monthly/quarterly activity and indicators reports from partners and compile them in consolidated report to be provided to Program Manager.
- Monitor the budget spent by all consortium partners and ensuring that expenditures are allocated under the correct budget lines
- Ensures the monthly/quarterly receipt of the expenditures' documents/samples and share them with Finance
- Represents COMPANY in the steering committee of the Project and being the focal point for the communication with Consortium Partners
