- Attend a training on the feedback collection tool.
- Conduct data collection either face to face or through phone interviews depending on the COVID 19 situation.
- Facilitate feedback sessions either face to face or through skype or any similar platforms depending on the COVID 19 situation.
- Draft reports based on the collected feedback as needed.
- Adhere to the data quality requirements.
- Provide accurate comments or notes observed during the conducted accountability activities.
- Any other data related tasks assigned by the supervisor/team leader or any other support needed by the team.
