- Perform orientation and provide training to all new employees on restaurant processes and determine appropriate feedback from employees and maintain all restaurant plans.
- Reviews sales mix & food cost performance monthly with the Supply chain team and proposes new &/or replacement product targets.
- Promotes a culture of customer-focused excellence at all times in directing and communicating with the operations team
- Responsible for the follow-up and completion of any major defects and periodic maintenance models .
- Responsible for ensuring the daily work of the kitchen production line.
- Responsible for cost control, quality of food, customer satisfaction, service speed and increased profitability.
