- Conduct Bank visits for the purposes of depositing and collecting cheques.
- Follow up with various banks via phone call, emails, visits...etc. for updates and information (Statements, borrowers information, discounts...etc.)
- Responsible for following through the discount process (Approvals, Preparation, and Updates)
- Align with the Credit Admin department on needed bank letters, and ensure/review that the letters are appropriate for sending.
