Job Description

- Conduct Bank visits for the purposes of depositing and collecting cheques.
- Follow up with various banks via phone call, emails, & visits for updates and information such as statements, borrowers information, & discounts
- Responsible for following through the discount process including Preparation, Approvals, and Updates.
- Align with the Credit Admin department on needed bank letters, and ensure & review that they are appropriate for sending.
- Handle and monitor general expenses including petty cash, cheques and online bank transfers.
- Reconcile checks statuses on Admin on a bi-annual basis.
- Follow up with liwwa’s Bank partners on the renewal of limits on an annual basis.
- Conduct a weekly report that updates the 8-week summary of liwwa’s liquidity status.
- Review bank balances on a daily basis to ensure having sufficient liquidity.
- Ensure the safety of cheques and provide them to the Sales and Credit Admin department when requested.
