- Coordinate and provide technical oversight for grants under contract related to export promotion and competitiveness
- Identify, develop, and support implantation of export diagnostic tools for utilization by key partners and private sector firms, to assess firm export readiness
- Adapt and provide trainings on gendered equality and social inclusion tools
- Collaborate with partners to identify non-traditional or untapped markets for Jordanian goods and services
- Advise partners on conducting market opportunity analyses for Gulf, SE Asian, and North African Markets
- Identify opportunities to leverage preferential and free trade agreements to access markets
- Support development and distribution of resources for firms on product import requirements in new markets
- Use iterative adaptation approach to identify marketing firm capacity gaps
- Through technical assistance or grants under contract, introduce and provide trainings on key e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media techniques to firms
