- Develops strategic plan for short and long term by studying technological, Operational and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives
- The executive manager will be responsible for presiding over the entire Jordan Management Company (JMC), a corporate workforce supporting restaurants
- Manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly.
- Ensure all departments meet their individual goals and are responsible for overall operational, marketing, IT, financial and human resources accountability to the Jordan Management Company Board
- Full Profit and Loss responsibilities for a portfolio of all restaurants; including proactively leading and supporting restaurants to deliver desired results with respect to topline revenue, profitability, employee engagement and guest experience. Lead Monthly P&L Review with the Board
- Reporting to the Board, the executive manager main responsibilities are full Profit and Loss Responsibilities for all restaurants in a fast-growing system
