Ethics Education Coordinator

(1) Coordinate Distributor Ethics Education efforts from a corporate to in-market level among USANA's significant Chinese-speaking distributors (Approximately 45% of USANA's total market is in China (Baby Care). Of the approximately 10% market share in the U.S., approximately 40% of associates are Chinese-speaking) (15%);

(2) Facilitate and manage regular meeting and conference call schedule with key Ethics & Education and Field Development staff to insure alignment with global ethics education strategies within the same population (10%)

; (3) Work with local market staff and USANA translation team to facilitate the localization of ethics education materials including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, flyers, social media posts, scripts, and multi-media content (10%)

; (4) Maintain ownership of USANA ethics and education social media profiles; prepare and deliver content through a monthly calendar for dissemination through social media channels; work with local market staff to extend reach of content (5%);
