- Support and administer ERP system and other related applications.
- Support And administer Van sales systems and mobile applications.
- Querying in MS SQL Server database.
- Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports, Web Applications.
- Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable.
- Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
- Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
- Supporting and training users for ERP system and other applications.
- Developing, managing, and testing backup and recovery plans.
