- Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow Employees of same, whenever possible
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the New England area and hotels, golf courses, and restaurants other areas outside the city limits
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the company’s area and hotels, golf courses, and restaurants other areas outside the city limits
- Assist guests by lifting and carrying guest baggage on and off the shuttle van as needed
- Provide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, attractions, directions, in order to maximize guest satisfaction
