- Serve as a liaising officer & expediter with all local government & non-government entities on all issues related to customs clearance, residency permits, project vehicles licensing, etc.
- Assist in project vehicles logistics, maintenance, fueling, cleaning, recordkeeping, etc.
- Provide chauffeur services to project staff, consultants, and others, as requested.
- Provide messenger and delivery/pickup services.
- Assist and participate in project administration and finance activities assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
- Provide copying & binding services.
- Escort maintenance service providers during their existence in the project premises.
- Assist with office & equipment maintenance needs.
- Perform office errands.
- Other duties as assigned by the COP, DCOP, or Senior Operations Manager.
