- Lead, grow, and develop an existing solid team through effective mentoring, hiring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Lead the team to deliver on our strategy and architecture, while influencing the future direction
- You will manage and own the product development lifecycle to reduce time to market, improve product quality and ensure product success
- Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics, standards, and processes for regular assessment and improvement
- Support team members in their own areas of responsibility including but not limited to technology selection, contract definition, execution planning, and team management
- Build a positive work environment based on accountability and inclusiveness, in partnership with peers on the leadership team
