- Member of EMEA Leadership Team (EMEA LT) and contributes to the development and delivery of the franchise business plan across the region. Obtains buy in and endorsement for commercial strategies, resources and key decisions from the EMEA LT, WW Marketing, and Cluster Leaders.
- Represents the needs of diverse, multi-cultural customers across EMEA to WW Ortho Marketing to ensure regional perspectives are incorporated in WW marketing franchise brand development and positioning.
- Remains close to changing healthcare and business environment and completes external market assessment to proactively identify new business opportunities with internal and external partners.
- Provide thought leadership on how best to optimize commercial tools within each region to support the frontline sales teams.
