Digital Offers and Services Marketing Manager

- Develop, lead and maintain the positioning on digital segments (value proposition, offers, competitiveness).

- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative solutions to improve customer experience.

- Build and implement marketing strategies and roadmap to achieve business objectives.

- Continuously enhance the customer journeys with other directorates and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide business requirements and user stories.

- Build and monitor product and services roadmap jointly with other streams.

- Work transversally and align with the different streams across the company to ensure reaching the ultimate goal/s.

- Create a performance driven organization responsible for the segments’ KPIs and performance (volumes & value market share, churn, ARPU, profitability).

- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting the progress of KPIs and performance for offerings and segments.

- Maintain customer focus, updated competitive knowledge and industry trends. - Development and training the team members.
