- Operate Charging System platforms including the Provisioning system, Voucher System, OCC…etc.
- Follow DevOps global standards and apply them to automate repetitive work processes.
- Monitor Charging System license/capacity and the associated platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing function to implement and deploy new changes related to Business configuration and to ensure the functionality of related operations.
- Handle systems operations and resolve any problems that may arise.
- Follow-up on customer’s problems and complaints. Handle any fraud-related issues or revenue assurance discrepancies and contribute to the fraud-prevention measures.
- Implement systems changes in the production environment in accordance with the change management process
- Monitor Charging Systems’ KPIs and report any anomalies.
