- Provide digital support for customers.
- Prepare needed artworks that will be printed on the clothes, taking into consideration the company's rules and policies that govern the design process.
- Be able to understand stores' printing methods and evaluate if the design is appropriate
- Be able to recognize good quality source artwork in bitmap or vector format.
- Be able to recommend a replacement design to meet customer needs and store printing methods
- Use our designer tool in addition to Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW to deliver the requested designs.
- Providing the needed support to our customers to help solve their inquiries that are not related to designing.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Do the necessary follow-up with our vendor stores to ensure timely production.
- Multi-task while designing components for various customers.
