- Focusing on lending to the repeat borrowers.
- Working with the Team Leader to identify existing clients that require follow up.
- Maintaining the relationship with Clients through close follow-up and site visits.
- Visiting and presenting liwwa’s financial products to repeat portfolio Clients.
- Cross-selling liwwa’s range of products and services to our existing Clients.
- Anticipating and resolving all client related needs.
- Driving digital uptake and conducting training sessions with borrowers.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify the improvement of tools and processes to enhance liwwa’s borrower experience.
- Generating referrals from liwwa’s portfolio to bring new business leads
- Researching, creating and following up on a target list of existing clients
