- Ensure SLA achievement of CRM platform management requests received from the business in collaboration with relevant cross functional teams.
- Ensure healthy customer life cycle time through timely actions on lead assignment and account opening.
- Ensure CRM system adoption by equipping the commercial teams with the necessary knowledge through trainings.
- Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system.
- Oversee the creation of Non - financial CRM reports.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure adherence to CRM and data standards to ensure customer integrity at all times.
- Conduct market research and gather related information needed to drive growth and improve processes.
