Provides efficient and timely technical and administrative support to course participants and deliverers.
Manages the administrative support to ensure that courses run smoothly. Receives and processes applications, prepares and sends correspondence giving course details, prepares materials, programmes and content and collects assignments in accordance with the facilitators. Assists with all issues related to the organization and venue of courses.
Ensures the smooth running of events with the focus on the participant experience
Using the Learning Management System LMS, creates sessions, registers participants, animates the forum and sends assessment questionnaires to session participants.
Works with the trainer to co-facilitate the digital learning support offer to participants for each programme
After the end of the course, process invoices and conducts data validation and breakdown; records course completion in for each participant and enters statistical information.
When applicable, contacts external providers (consultants, etc.) and provides timely administrative and logistic support to participants.
Maintains a coherent archiving system in collaboration with the Information Management Unit. Stores, maintains, retrieves and supplies information using both computerized and manual-based systems for all courses.
