Ensure compliance of ACTED to all legal requirements in country including mission registration, professional license, work permits for international staff, social security and taxes
-Prepare all relevant external administrative and legal documentation
-Litigation follow up in collaboration with the legal firm hired by ACTED
-Selection of legal firm by ACTED on a regular basis
-Management of ACTED Office premises
-Update and submission of HR Internal Regulations to MOL
-Preparation of internal memos and documents to ensure compliance with ACTED internal regulations as related to HR and Admin
