Job description: Role and Responsibilities:
• Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests. • Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts. • Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance. • Manage user accounts and data backups. • Take part in shift rotation
