- Produce initial concept note, stating a clear plan of activities and associated methodologies.
- Fulfil agreed work in a timely, professional, and ethical way.
- Support the organization of a regional CFO network meeting in November 2022
- Support the preparation of a global meeting on “field Presence” planned in Q1 2023
- Produce a final report that delivers, but is not limited :
- Gives an understanding to CFO perception, recommendations and priorities on the 3 main strategic focuses.
