Construction Manager I

Construction Managers shall read, interpret, and decipher all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.), participate in design reviews, and ensure that all construction is performed in accordance with the construction documents. Construction managers shall review construction sites daily, document the reviews on AF Form 1477, and file the documentation in the project folder. Construction managers shall also review shop drawings and product submittals and provide recommendations through the SL.
This discipline shall manage, monitor, and inspect, document and advise on projects as required. This discipline may attend project specific meetings on a weekly basis. This discipline shall prepare and submit reports of project status and progress weekly to the LCE and COR. This discipline will visit construction sites weekly and attend any inspections or identified events in construction.
