Job Description

  • Follow up, coach and mentor Syrian volunteers (each district).
  • Follow up on the activities, volunteers and trends taking place in the three districts which he/she is focal point for.
  • Act as a FP for all the admin procedures regarding the activities in her/his districts; Venue reservation, logistics, Incentive Based Volunteers, maintenance and emergencies.
  • Assist the community by disseminating information and announcements through different Community mobilization channels and tools.
  • Complete all reporting concerning their work in the three districts (Daily reports, weekly reports, submit all CG, FGD and interview minutes of meeting, as well as emergency reports) in an accurate, organized, and comprehensive manner according to reporting protocol.
  • Follow up with and guide community leaders, key informants groups within his/her districts.
