- In one or more of the following areas, proven technical experience in emerging markets in:
- Partnering with the private sector to improve women’s access to job opportunities
and leadership opportunities - Engaging communities to gain family acceptance of women’s work
- Improving the policy and regulatory environment to improve workplace safety, equity,
and inclusion for women, youth, and persons with disabilities
- Partnering with the private sector to improve women’s access to job opportunities
- Minimum of eight (8) years of program management and supervisory experience with a US
Government foreign affairs agency, international assistance organization, or non-
governmental organization
