- Building and oversee strategic goals, reporting, planning, and auditing to grow business.
- Working with the board members to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Decisions impact the implementation of plans to achieve annual prepaid goals. Develop prepaid plans including business, products and organizational priorities.
- Develop, implement key policy, procedures and strategy decisions.
- Developing the go-to-market strategy, budget, target lists, lead qualification process
- Analyzing the trends on prepaid cards spends, category, segment, etc.
- Tracking the various income channels and commence drive to achieve business targets.
- Handling the details on Profit & loss of all Prepaid Card Products.
