Job Description

- Manage card operations activities including payments processing, settlements, mailings, stock management, and associated support functions.
- Analyze customer dispute cases, fraud, and other cases received from card customers and market stakeholders
- Liaise and engage with processor (MPTS) for investigations, troubleshooting, communication, and related cards operations .
- Liaise and engage with market acquirers for investigations, troubleshooting, communication, and related cards operations.
- Execute card activities and reconciliation processes effectively to ensure proper settlements & reconciliation with the finance team and 3rd parties.
- Participate in the deployment/development plans of the card systems, procedures and team Support in card issuers’ operations and inquiries.
- Handle cards stock management and related reporting.
- Test and evaluate new or proposed enhancement regarding the card operations system/ gateway.
