- Prepare a methodology and action plan for conducting the assessment of the IPA buildings’ utilization.
- Identify and quantify office space requirements to execute forecasted training activities.
- Develop a comprehensive yet concise Annual Office Space Occupancy Survey.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment using the Survey and including a desk review of all related documents including occupancy rates, numbers of conducted numbers of trainings/events/workshops, days of trainings, participants, and trainees, rented facilities, stakeholders’ activities, and any other needed data that will help estimating the IPA occupation rates.
