A noticeable leadership and management capabilities including –but not limited to- (Planning, Organizing, coaching, Controlling, guidance, motivating).

High level of credit analysis skills

Exceptional selling skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Decent level of knowledge in terms of central bank regulation related to customer rights, transparency and objectivity.

BA degree in Business, Finance or any other related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a branch manager in the financial services industry (Banking, Microfinance and Financing services).
