- Field basic questions and concerns about the services on social media chat (LinkedIn) or through calls
- Schedule calls between the prospective client and a career consultant
- Keep a detailed log of conversations (calls and chat), including those which were not answered
- Attempt to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact.
- Follow up with prospect leads
