- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field
- Prior experience with large scale fleet handling
- Extremely organized and process-driven
- Strong Arabic communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Willing to work unusual hours when needed and to be available on-call at all times
- Hands-on, willing to do the work but understands when to involve or rely on others for expertise
- Can manage a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities and managing expectations well
- People’s person with strong communication
- Extremely collaborative and effective at influencing without authority
- Proficiency in English
- Basic microsoft office skills especially excel
