SUMMARY

It's Pixel Perfect Limited is looking for a Webmaster, who will be responsible for maintaining cloud platforms such as AWS and ensuring websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up to date.

The successful candidate should be able to work well in a team, collaborating with managers, designers, writers, etc. Also, should have excellent technical skills and a good understanding of creative online marketing.

• Ensure our websites are up to date and functioning as intended
• Ensure websites deliver results for our customers

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determining client website needs and requirements.
• Building and testing aesthetic, functional, and user-friendly websites.
• Coordinating with designers, content providers, and management or business owners.
• Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.
• Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers and domain records.
• Monitoring and analyzing site performance and functionality.
• Updating website content and reviewing SEO.
• Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues tracked or reported.

ION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Website development and management
• Good collaboration, time management and documentation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in configuring and administering web servers
• Proficient in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla
• Experience with PHP, React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
• Experience with cybersecurity especially website hardening
• Proficient in conducting website functionality and usability testing
• Proficient in optimizing website page load time
• Experience with cloud platforms, AWS, Google, Azure
• Experience with SEO and related management tools
• Knowledge of Ecommerce optimization strategies is a plus
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics in a plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with Scrum software such as Asana, JIRA, Trello
