SERVICE DESK - Ambito assicurativo
La risorsa si occuper di accogliere e gestire le richieste di un cliente molto importante dellambito assicurativo (sia telefonIcamente che tramite chat).
Non necessaria una formazione informatica ma fondamentale la predisposizione al cliente e la gestione dello stress.
Turni di lavoro 8-17, 10-19 (stabiliti mensilmente)
