Process engineer shall have relevant education background with the assigned discipline, and shall have Bachelor Degree minimum. A process engineer shall be with at least 10 years of practical experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry, with a broad background in production projects. The candidate shall be able to carry out conceptual engineering design for surface facilities and shall be able to review designs and decides on optimal approach to the implementation of the project to bring maximum benefit to the Company. The candidate shall have experience in specifying large package units.

The candidate shall be conversant with process international standards and good engineering practices. A knowledge of Hysys, Pipesim or similar software are required. The candidate who is able to perform complex and extensive calculations on hydraulics, equipment sizing, and performance calculations is preferred.

The candidate shall be able to carry out the following activities:

1- Process Design Basis including Process Description, Operation & Control Philosophy

2- Equipment list

3- Process flow diagrams

4- Process description.

5- Other relevant technical documents regarding process if required

• Bachelor s degree minimum
  
• Must have more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry
  
• At least 10 years of project management experience in relating design project
  
• At least 5 years of oversea project experience.
  
• Good English Skills Speaking, Reading and Writing
  
• Must have good skills of speaking Mandarin Chinese
