Other discipline engineers shall have relevant education background with the assigned discipline, and shall have Bachelor Degree minimum. The discipline engineer shall be with at least 8 years of practical experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry, with a broad background in production projects.
The candidates shall be conversant with relevant international standards and good engineering practices.

- At least 10 years of project management experience in relating design project
- At least 5 years of oversea project experience.

- Must have good skills of speaking Mandarin Chinese
