Instrument and control engineers shall have relevant education background with the assigned discipline, and shall have Bachelor Degree minimum. An instrument and control engineer shall be with at least 8 years of practical experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry, with a broad background in production projects. The candidate should have experience in specifying large instrument units and design / selection of control valves and other instrument materials.

The candidates shall be conversant with instrument international standards and good engineering practices. A knowledge of using instrument software is required. The candidate who is able to perform complex and extensive calculations on instrument designing software is preferred.

The candidate shall be able to carry out the following activities:

1- Review P&IDs and control philosophy for SCADA compatibility.

2- Review instrumentation, civil works, composite tenders, electrical, CP.

3- Prepare design basis.

4- Carryout technical evaluation of bids.

5- Prepare FAT and SAT test plans and procedure documents.

• Bachelor s degree minimum
  
• Must have more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas field preferably in the upstream oil industry
  
• At least 10 years of project management experience in relating design project
  
• At least 5 years of oversea project experience.
  
• Good English Skills Speaking, Reading and Writing
  
• Must have good skills of speaking Mandarin Chinese
