Qualification- Engineering or Computer Science education background with min 5 years experience
Responsibilities-
5-8 years of demonstrated work experience in recruiting function wither in a corporate setting or an agency environment.
Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency for Technical Profile like Node JS and Angular JS.
Strong Presentation, Negotiation, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Deep passion for technology and strong in understanding technology.
Hands on sourcing skills with minimal dependency on Job boards and exposure to unconventional sourcing methods such as Networking sites, Social media recruiting, Headhunting, Targeted Mapping , etc
Engaging with potential qualified talent Pool through Networking Events.
Primary Responsibilities
End to end Individual contributor role with expertise in direct sourcing and excellent account management skills.
Identify critical talent needs, high priority positions and deliver results using various recruiting tools and avenues through which qualified candidates are sourced in a timely manner with a cost effective approach.
Evaluate candidates during resume review, screening & interview process. Record, maintain and track all recruiting activities
Conduct Hiring measurement and trend analysis, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and recruitment processes in support of hiring needs.
Passion and interest for recruiting
Knowledge of current Talent Acquisition trends and best practices
Strong connection to an existing network of professional contacts affiliated in the IT Industry.
