EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Work experience in talent acquisition of lateral, niche skills, & freshers
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Preferable experience in industry specific recruitment (ERP)
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle
- Sourcing & screening suitable profiles through various streams like Naukri and Social Networking sites
- Scanning the CV according to the job specification and requirement
- Evaluating the candidateâs suitability to the particular job requirement along with checking on communication skills, presentation skills, based on requirement shared by hiring managers
- Sending the invites & coordinate between candidate & panels for conducting interviews smoothly
- Maintaining daily reports and updating the reporting sheets
- Assist in HR Analytics
- Managing ATS
- Maintaining files for new joiners & collection of required documents
- Responsible for employee engagement activities.
