EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Work experience in talent acquisition of lateral, niche skills, & freshers
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • Preferable experience in industry specific recruitment (ERP)
  • Managing end to end recruitment cycle
  • Sourcing & screening suitable profiles through various streams like Naukri and Social Networking sites
  • Scanning the CV according to the job specification and requirement
  • Evaluating the candidate’s suitability to the particular job requirement along with checking on communication skills, presentation skills, based on requirement shared by hiring managers
  • Sending the invites & coordinate between candidate & panels for conducting interviews smoothly
  • Maintaining daily reports and updating the reporting sheets
  • Assist in HR Analytics
  • Managing ATS
  • Maintaining files for new joiners & collection of required documents
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities.
