Client Overview Our client is a multinational and fast-growing company here in the United States. To assist in their daily operations, we have been hired to assist them in the recruitment of a PFM Manager. Position Competencies The Category PFM acts as the expert focal point on handling the documental process. Key interaction is with Market Unit marketing and other involved Market Unit teams, as well as with all players involved in Product Request (RPD) and Artwork request (RDE) approval process. External relations are focused on local graphic agencies and repro agencies. Job Description Manages and/or directly executes all activities related to the Product Flow process, as per centrally defined timings and priorities, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of each step and item. Collects and screens all information on changes which will impact the documentation process (i.e. restyling, technical changes, legal requirements etc.) to ensure a proper and organized implementation. Drives Market Unit Marketing teams to give timely and complete inputs on the planned projects and guides them about deadlines and needed actions from upstream to downstream phase (i.e. Product Documental Platform briefing system, template requests, recipe check etc.). Accountable for timely downstream execution, he/she ensures that projects are executed in accordance to the defined priority clusters. Through a proactive and systematic tracking of the projects, provides early warnings when projects can t be accomplished on time and brings to the attention of involved stakeholders any delays/drawbacks in executing the Product Flow process with the aim to identify solutions. Collaborate with the Integrated Documental Planner to monitor all the flow anticipating possible urgencies. Manages the team providing guidance, motivation, supporting it in identifying priorities and critical areas, working on the professional growth of the resources, training the team members. Manages and addresses workload in the team. Based on project screening activities and following direct marketing input, manages and executes the development flow of Product request ( RdP ) and Artwork ensuring data quality/completeness and information consistency. Interacts with the Template Team and Integrated Documental Planner about all topics connected to the template database, assists Market Unit Marketing in inserting template requests and/or creates template requests as per need. Guides and tracks the approval process of each item in the different systems (i.e. definition of artwork approval loops, interaction with the different stakeholders to solve issues and answer queries etc.). Traces and escalates critical issues in the process and guide the team to follow the same approach and work following the correct due dates. Qualifications Knowledge of marketing concepts and specifically of consumer related products. Knowledge of MS Office and IT systems for data input and data retrieve. (knowledge of SAP system is a plus) Strong communication skills and proactive attitude to build and keep good relationship between all actors involved in coordinating activities.
