Summary:
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be involved in preparing and executing campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness and effectively handling team
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
2. Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
3. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
4. Work within a budget and report any overspend.
5. Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
6. Ensure that the organizationâs brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
7. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
8. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
9. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
10. Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions.

12. Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
13. Create paid ad campaigns on Search Engine Marketing channels such as Google Adwords â Search, Display, Remarketing etc, Programmatic Ads, Yahoo Ads.
14. Create paid Social Media Ad Campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and also Mobile Network Ads.
15. Create effective Ad Copy for all SEM and social channels.
16. Effectively use Google Analytics and Google Console and optimize the campaigns and improve the PPC / CPA.
17. Create performance reports of each ad campaign created on different channels and then optimize the spends and performance.
18. Plan and execute various digital campaigns to maximize reach and recall.
19. Planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the overall companyâs email marketing strategy
Requirements
Qualification:
1. Any UG/PG degree
2.Minimum seven (7) years of relevant work experience that includes minimum three (3) years into managing a related team
3.Hands on experience to handle display campaigns and native ads campaigns.
4.Ability to manage and handle large / multiple campaigns
5.Minimum two (2) Years in Social Media and Search Engine Marketing
6.Two (2+) Years as Digital campaign Manager with Advanced Certifications from Recognized Bodies, Proven Deliverance record & Should be of Same calibre or higher than an possible external hire.
