SCM / SOURCING HEAD

Job Discription:

1. Manage the companys supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending and companys supply chain strategy.
2. Generate and implement efficient souring and category management strategies.
3. Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
4. Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals.
5. Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
6. Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and process.
7. Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers.
8. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
9. Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques.
10. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.
11. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
12. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
13. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
14. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
15. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
16. Communicate and negotiate with vendors to land more profitable deals.

Requirement:

1. Previous experience as a supply chain / sourcing manager or in a similar field.
2. Excellent knowledge of supply chain / scouring.
3. Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
4. Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
5. Work experience of relevant software.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
8. Attention to details.
9. Creative problem-solving and a strategic and analytical mind.
