Job Description

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts

by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or

potential sales outlets to further expand company revenues using CRM.

 Market research, lead generation and lead qualification and Key account

management.

 Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying and researching the

type of sales outlet.

 Figures out innovative ways to upsell and cross-sell our products with

existing customers. Value selling.

 Studying market trends and staying updated with the know-hows of the

construction, real estate, and mining industries and agricultural industries.

 Identifying the exact requirement of the client and pitch in suitable

product and closing the deals.

 Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports,

such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual

territory analyses, along with setting targets for himself/herself Q-o-Q,

Sales forecasting

 Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on

pricing, products, new products, govt. Policies, and delivery mechanisms.

 Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating

results and competitive developments.

 Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing

solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to

management. Being the single point of contact to the client for all issues.

 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational

workshops, Expos and webinars. Reviewing professional publications,

establishing personal networks, and participating in Seminars and
