� Maintain and update status of all ongoing position:- Track and monitor all recruitment activities � Maintain and provide a healthy pipeline for current and future staffing needs � Drive sourcing channels to obtain desired results. � Cost optimization:- Create & Innovate sourcing strategies and manages multiple sourcing channels to optimize quality, availability and cost optimization � Market Mapping:- Mapping and Industry Research, Identify domain specific vendor partners for quick ramp-ups and niche skills. � Vendor Management:- Manage vendor relationships for speed and efficiency in sourcing. � Stakeholder Management:- Engage with all internal stakeholders and partner to achieve desired results. � Recruitment Analytics:- Prepare monthly reports on recruitments, understanding and exposure to Excel and PowerPoint
