Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition and Key Account Management - Remote
Scope
Managing clients and talents, maintaining a long-term relationship with both clients and talents
Maximizing sales opportunities within clients
Ensuring uninterrupted business process
Identifying present and future service and talent requirements
Acquisition of minimum number of applications
Improving cost effectiveness
Accelerating the selection process
Role Responsibilities
Accountable for talent acquisition and management, as well as key account management
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with both clients and candidates to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Research client long-term vision and current service and talent needs
Making recommendations and suggesting solutions that answer client's needs
Ensuring ordered services are delivered in quality and on time
Serving as contact point for clients, consultants, and the back office
Resolving clients' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gathering, reporting, and communicating client feedback on service delivery
Research and source new potential clients
Accountable for effective on-boarding of new clients
Keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices
Screening resumes, to determine which candidates meet the minimum client requirements and move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with KVALITO SMEs and clients
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating KVALITO information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on KVALITO organization structure, Quality Management System, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Making sure that consultants are effectively on-boarded within KVALITO and to client projects
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Developing and maintaining the strategy and plan for talent acquisition and management, key account management
Measuring, tracking, and analyzing key account and talent acquisition metrics
Create reports for upper management
Ensuring that all required information and documents are stored in the KVALITO talent acquisition and management, key account management tool
Job Requirements
Ability to make multiple contacts (by phone, email or in person) per day
Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
Ability of working hard and result oriented
Capable to find the right balance of being respectful and persistence
Ability to accept rejections and work in a competitive environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Excellent time and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
University degree in business administration, sales, or similar relevant field
Previous working experience with recruiting, talent management, business development, key account management or similar relevant field
English native speaker, any additional language is a plus
Experience in HR, sales and customer services will be an advantage
