Position: National Sales Manager

Job Location: Vadodara

Job Description:

  • Drive for results : Steadfastly pushes self and others for results with a positive attitude and need to finish. Provides clear direction and support for achievement of stretch objectives . Resilient under pressure can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
  • Key Account Management : Exhibits & executes Key Account Management with high standards. Wherever needed Develop individual plan for customer to ensure retention & drive customer obsession. Utilize Applications & Service teams to excel this aspect.
  • Negotiation: Can negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal & external groups
  • Utilizing Value Selling Concept, Meets or exceeds order booking & sales (management) revenue plan as established through the AOP process.

  • Ensure effective and consistent usage of company operating model processes like daily management , Monthly Business review , annual operating plan.
  • Understand and evaluate evolving opportunities (generation) in respective market Segment.
  • Works closely with manager & Application engineer and support through training to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction within their respective territory
  • Ensure preparation of reports for local as well as BU leaderships on KPI's and key matrices
  • Monitors and reports product sales, competitor (knowledge) activity and overall market conditions and report findings to Director Sales
  • Provides annual forecasts, by region, and by customer base. Monthly, Quarterly forecasts as needed by product or market segment
  • Organise & Participate in industry events to create higher market awareness for existing and new products.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations for order management process and meet accounts receivable targets.

Description: Technical competency

  • Market intelligence & Analytical skills: Collect & filter information for relevance and importance and draw selling strategies for achieving organizational goals.
  • Value selling & negotiation: Ability to sell premium products through deeper understanding of needs, favorably positioning of the product/solution and differentiation on overall value to customer.
  • Channel & Key account Management: Build relationships with key decision makers, build capability, collaborate and drive channel partners to achieve the business goals.
  • Order & project management: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing in coordination with customer, operations and other support functions to facilitate timely execution of Orders & Projects
  • Sales funnel Management: Capture & qualify leads, eye for details to provide technically viable solution to meet customer needs
  • Influencing stakeholder ecosystem: Leverage networks of customers, channel and key influencers in industry to develop avenues of future growth
